Shipping Policy

Orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped every Friday.
All orders are shipped via USPS.

General Shipping Information

Processing Time: 

Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Due to high volume it will take up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order. If the order was placed via text, you will receive text verification upon shipping.

US Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination once they are processed. Orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the East Coast or 2–3 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not permitted. All sales are final.

All age-restricted items will require PROOF OF AGE prior to order fulfilment.
