Tai Chi with "Island Mike" Sifu Mike Mangaroo Hosted Weekly at Cosmic Landing

Step into a space of balance, energy, and calm with our weekly Tai Chi & Qi Gong class led by Sifu Mike Mangaroo of Three Treasures Tai Chi every Tuesday at 7pm.

Each session begins with focused Qi Gong breathing exercises to ground and center the body, followed by a flowing Tai Chi practice designed to support flexibility, coordination, mental clarity, and stress relief.

This class is open to all skill levels, ages 12 and older. Whether you’re looking for a gentle way to move your body, stretch and elongate muscles, cultivate mindfulness, or reconnect with your inner rhythm, this class is a welcoming space to explore the powerful benefits of Tai Chi.
